So, this came up in a game I was playing a little while ago.
I play "Restoring Order" against a dishonored personality. Restoring Order goes like this:
"Move a dishonorable personality home. Bow him if he moved. Destroy him if he is dishonorable."
As a reaction, my opponent played "The Height of Courage", which reads "Before the resolution of another player's action: Choose one of your personalities. Negate his movement from the card's effect."
The argument was made that the because the movement part of Restoring Order was canceled, it negated the rest of the card - in other words, the card would not be bowed or destroyed.
I can understand not bowed, because it doesn't move - but if I'm to understand correctly, it should have been destroyed because it was dishonorable.
Also, is anybody else having problems with the token distribution in Harbinger boosters? I got _four tokens_ in one booster, all of which are useless. Trades are going to get dear if the trend continues...

1) You can't play Restoring on an honorable personality, so whether he moved or not I'd say the next line takes effect and he's destroyed. Kitsune Den allows you to rehonor a personality to prevent its destruction as I recall, which IIRC would negate the last line. Preventing the movement doesn't stop the destruction, I'd say.
2) Tokens have been coming out of packs VERY erratically. I attribute it to the poor mix of this set and L5R in general, but for every crappy pack I've gotten or seen I've seen a really choice pack, so I can't REALLY complain too much.

From the Rulebook, pg 22: "If an effect is prevented, the whole action is still legal to take, and the action's other effects still happen."
