WHO: Anyone interested in the OOC/admin stuff in getting us rolling with a local Camarilla LARP.
WHAT: Planning and structure meeting (OOC)
WHEN: Tonight, March 9th at 6pm.
WHERE: Matt and Savannah's house
WHY: There's alot of work that is required to get us started. I've been doing the research and will present this info tonight and we can get some forward motion on some of this (ie memberships, testing, the Venue Style Sheet, etc.)
