Alright, gang. I talked to Kevin today about good days for the Nightfall League. Keep in mind that every day anyone can play a Nightfall game. However, I'm thinking it would be nice to have designated week days to have a larger than normal gathering to participate. So far the days will be Fridays and Sundays (all day). Paper Heroes is open:
Fridays 10-7 Sundays 12-5
I'll arrange some of the team games on those days so we all can get some fun in on the new team scenarios. I'm also going to post a poll to see which days of the week you would all like to hold the Finale event for the league. I'll post something in the store tomorrow and will bring the Nightfall rules and printouts to be put into the store Binder. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

A poll has been set up at the top of this thread. Those are the days listed that the League Organizer can oversee the Finale Event.

Remember that if this takes place on a Saturday, it has to be a Saturday already scheduled for Warmachine/Hordes.

Yar. I was going to work that up when the actual dates for Nightfall are released. They currently only state that it starts April 5th.

Rules and scenarios are in the store binder. Unique cards are in there, as well. Enjoy!

I talked with Kevin. He said it was cool to run the Nightfall Finale event this Sunday, the last day of the league. We'll start at noon and play till 5:00, the basic standard time for a steamroller. It's not a tournament format, you show up and play the scenario as many times as you can in the time the store is open. Let's show up and play as much as we can, and may the best wrecker of face win.

The skirmishes along the Galghast Islands have ended, and whatever secrets lay hidden on those corpse-laden isles are either in the hands of various faction leaders or remain unknown in the ruins of ancient civilizations. The sun rises, and Nightfall has come to an end. Stories of the battles that occured there will echo in the halls as we share our tales of chance encounters, heroic acts, and failed attempts to bring glory back to our people. A dark serenity now passes over the land as armies sail back home, broading over defeat or drunk with victory. But the serenity will be short lived. In the land of the Iron Kingdoms, war is only a moment away, and a new day has risen.
Thanks to everyone for participating in the first Shattered Grounds League! We had an amazing turnout the past three weeks and some astoundingly fun games that most of us will never forget. Be sure to thank Kevin for letting us play in the store. Thanks to Katzu for being the Press Ganger of the event. And thanks to all our players for having a great time and being good sports.
Our League champion is Will Cygnar! Will took home the League Coin. He and I fought viciously for first place for three hard weeks, and Will came out on top of the ladder! I'll keep in touch about upcoming events, leagues, and new Warmachine/Hordes amazingness. I love this game.
