OK I'm going to start this tread so we all can talk about the new rules although if u find an official FAQ u know were it goes

I would ask when asking a question or talking about a section/rule could put a page# if u can (its a 512 page book)

in magic on page34 the only time i found a refrence to miscast is when u get an irresistable force. am i missing something?

ok i read the FAQ for daemons and they changed it so The Blue Scribes can join a unit. but no mention about Scrolls of Sorcery ability which lets him cast a random spell from a school of magic (ok now thier are 7 spells the signature spell and than the other spells #1-6)

so i can eather roll a D7 (2D4 u can get 2-8 which is 7 numders) or i can never cast the signature spell?

than the other part of the question after finding which spell i get can i chose the enhanced version?(random again role a d6 4+ = yes) if u know what link i can submit this question to GW let me know

From what I read, I think the only way you miscast now is by rolling double sixes. Of course if you're going up against the Dark Elves the Ring of Hotek will still make you miscast on any doubles

Not sure about your other question. GW doesn't answer rules queries, but you could probably call one of the GW stores and ask someone.

It MIGHT work like High Elf High Magic, where you can always cast the "signature," or you can just pick the signature if you don't feel like rolling.

ok i called the Chicago Battle Bunker and asked the guy i talked to said since it has to be random u can only use the 6spells with numbers by them.

second part he said u can choose which version of the spell you want.
it is treated as a bound spell which aren't free anymore have to use power dice to cast it.
